@leb33mom I finally invested in a 'gentle leader' - it's about $20 but it guides the dog with their nose rather than their neck or chest. My dog isn't thrilled about it but she now walks beside me instead of taking ME for a walk. The trainer at Petco (or Petsmart, I can't remember) helped me size it and train her on it for free.
