Quagliarella was very hurt at the end of the match. I mean, if both of his goals had been counted, Italy would've gotten through the knock out stages!! I mean he really worked hard throught the entire match, but the referees really killed his effort!!!!!!
HE IS ONSIDE - even still, it is a rule that if there is any doubt, advantage is to go to the attacking team. how the fuck can someone say that is clearly offside?
if fifa refs wer'nt so fuckin stupid and blatter were back yoddeling on the swiss alps, and someone serious was in charge of fifa(non germanic) of course...italy,would have 5 world cups today, standing a very good chance of winning 2002 and ofcrouse winning 2006
At 0:08 the right foot of the Slovakian dude who is marking Quagliarella is keeping him onsides. Im not Italian, and I really still think that he was onsides. But you know everyone has their opinion.
The guy in the middle man-marking Quagliarella has his right foot past the furthest spot Quagliarella's head reaches, making this an onside situation. Yet, I don't feel too eager to support the Italian cause in this merely because I have witnessed many situations where Italians have taken advantage of illegitimacies. Grosso's dive against Australia, Chile's inexistent handball in 1998, Perugia's firing of the Korean player who eliminated Italy from the 2002 world cup..etc
Enough with your stereotypes! Enough I say! Look up any video, it was a clear fuckin penalty, none of the Australian team-members complained or questioned the referee's decision, when you slide tackle in your own area, you're practically asking for a penalty! And the penalty was beautifully taken by the best player ever to walk this earth, Il Capitano, Francescino Totti, il piu sexi del mondo! So enough with your stereotypes, enough with your bias viewpoint!
@Crazyskullz you said fuck you so im reporting your message to youtube, they can handle it buddy. im done arguing with you, id much rather use arguments than insults
@mmike01 Alright I didn't mean to insult, but I can't stand stereotyping from people who don't even understand Italian football. There's a reason why Italy has 4 World Cups, instead of acting so sour just open your mind, Italy were clearly the best team that World Cup, as they didn't LOSE any match, and they never conceded a goal, except for Zaccardo's own goal, and a penalty in the final. We dominated the match against Australia, and received a red card for a foul on our own player (?!).
no, itwasnt plus FIFA has taken the time to erase any video from some networks showing it wasnt an offside and the other goal was in due to copyright reason. There was an excellent video from NBC pan the camera around showing the italian player goal was legal

Italy were awful because of Lippi, not because they lacked quality. Quagliarella should have started every game alongside Di Natale!

The standard of refs in this World Cup was a disgrace, almost on par with WC2002... Sepp Blatter should be fired... by a firing squad!
sattaravy 1 year ago 20
2x uncounted goals for Italy this game... ref also missed the save behind the "line". Worthless job by the refs 2010.
