well idk where you got your information, i just went to the site listed in the books, it has now removed information on the movie, because Rick, still isnt sure when the movie comes out, or what characters he should have. It was originaly supposed to come to theaters on Nov. 13 2009, and come out to buy sometime around July 10th 2010, but im not sure about that anymore.

Spolilers: Percy is the son of Poseidon (and a human mother) as it says in here Zeus's bolt has been stolen and Zeus's blames it on Poseidon even though he didn't do it Hades did. So he has to go to the underworld and get the bolt before summer solciest or Zeus's will declare ware on Poseidon.
