well the one i just said imo fucking ROCKS for ANY Disturbed songs... but i personally LOVE the # 7 setting for ALL my metal playing.. it has such a killer sound to it. i literally put my other distortion pedals in the closet.. thats how much i LOVE this pedal.
also you dont "NEED" a new guitar to make a decent sound..dont get me wrong guitars are def a good thing for doing great tones. but for the most part if you just have a decent guitar you can get a great pedal and be able 2 get good tones.
lemme know what all you play with and i'll try to recommend a set up that will produce a good enough sound / crunch to satisfy your metal needs for the time being until you can upgrade.
oh and also... unfortunatly "The Weapon" pedal has been discontinued. i got lucky as shit.. i found 1 last place that had 2 left.
but.... one of the places that did not have on just called me about a month ago and said that they had gotten one in from someone..... if you can't find it let me know and i'll give you the info / phone number and maybe you can work a deal with the music place and do some kinda of order over the phone (unless you live in Atlanta,GA)any other Questions, just holla @ me

i put the Tab Info for the Night in the info up there to the right. =) you can also find all other disturbed tabs there as well. this is the main site i go to for tabs. i will also make a "tut" for the night for you to watch to help as you learn the tab. i dont know the song perfect just yet but what i do know i will record to help ya out. i'll send a mail to ya when i have it completed and w/ link to youtube vid.

Guitar = Epiphone Les Paul joe perry sig/style w/o the sig part lol.
Amp = (for this vid, i ran my effect pedal through my pc speakers cuz my amp is kinda fk'd up)
Effects = Dan Donagan's(of Disturbed) "The Weapon" effects pedal. settings are
Control knob 1(Bass) setting is to 9th notch
Control Knob 2 setting(Treb) is to the 8th notch
control know 3 aka main tones is on the last setting, hard core crunch. (which would be setting # 7)
