The ONLY reason LSPOO won the first game was because our KICKER missed.Dont know what all the buzz is about because they couldnt have beat the tide WITH Lee in the game.Thats a Fact...lol...never made it past the 50 yard line...theres no way Lee wouldve either against our Defense.They were just too good.

Hebert couldn't have been more right. i think that there was some argument between the players and Les before the game. that would explain why T-Bob Hebert, Bobby's son and talented offensive lineman, didn't play. Russell Shepperd didn't play but 3 snaps either and wasn't even looked at. Some internal problems with the team most likely occurred, probably regarding QB play (Jefferson vs Lee), that ruined LSUs chances in the game.

@GeauxTigers0718 Miles was probably remember the back-to-back picks Lee threw in the first game. Doesn't mean he shouldn't have tried. When you're having NO success you need to change things up a bit. Shake things up, see how it goes. If you're losing there's nothing else to lose. That was my biggest problem during the Shula years, as a Bama fan.
