  • When I open up my new container of Double Cream, it never looks like yours! The double cream you use in your videos looks watery (milk like), while mine looks thick and chunky, like cream cheese! Am I using the right double cream? Please help!

  • @kaitybby123 Not at all! Use whatever flavorings you like, such as vanilla, coffee, spice, or almond. As for the icing "bark," using white vanilla frosting would make it a birch tree.

  • I made the gingerbread men, except i switched out a teaspoon of ginger for half a teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cinnamon as ginger burns my mouth, and they were fab! I used a smaller cutter and got about 4X the guideline amount! Will probably try this because it looks gorgeous!

  • I hope you can answer this.. I'm planning on making this for my family, however I am lactose-intolerant. I have already gotten the cocoa spread down, I use margerine instead of butter. Is there anyway I can not use the cream to make baileys cream? Another cream I could make without any milk, maybe using soymilk?

  • @xcibsloves use soy-cream, or lactose-free cream, I don't know where you are from, but in germany, you can buy all kinds of lactose-free milk products in the supermarket :)
