We have the same projectors at the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford—updated versions at Real Art Ways—and better machines at Cinestudio. All reel-to-reel. When you first pop popcorn, there's steam from the oil and moisture from the kernels—that's why it's chewy. Letting it sit a bit gets rid of the moisture. Popcorn salt is *REALLY* bad for you. Better to pop plain and have table or sea salt available to customers. Anyway, good video but, don't chew popcorn into a microphone—that's gross.
