how do you actually play games with the eyetv hybrid? I have connected all the cables like other tutorials have shown and installed the eyetv drivers, but when I connect it to pc I get nothing. I downloaded Terratec Home Cinema from elgato website, but there are no videos on youtube on how to set it up to play with an xbox 360 or other consoles, Could you help, please, and I will subscribe.

What he is not showing you is the fact that the quality sucks ass. I bought this thing a week ago and the quality of the analog live view it terrible. My old ass tv has better picture. Not worth buying, it was amusing for the first couple days but then the picture starts to really piss you off.
I use the EyeTV recorder, I've split the composite signal and put one end to my iMac and the other end to a small TV. :) Using the EyeTV recorder is a bit more seamless, but off course I have to turn the TV on and put it on the right channel, but it's worth it.
Two problems with that: 1) You have to use a TV. I detest TVs. 2) The eyeTV software only records in h.264 or mpeg-4. It doesn't record in DV NTSC or any other editing formats. So it's a pain to edit.

It lags. Using the eyeTV recorder puts about a 1 second delay from your console to your screen.

Well, you can export it as a raw .mpg file, and edit that. It does record in PAL/NTSC resolution, at least for me. :p

Watch this in Standard Quality mode (not HD mode). For whatever reason the audio is out of sync for the HD version.
