@emogirl2800 not everyone wears foundation and/or powder, not all need it and some just dont like to clog there face up, besides an eye like this i would apply my cover after to clean up fall out. And yeah the products are always in the down bar lol xxxx

I haven't found anything that stays on SUPER long, but try the rimmel pencil liner :)
