Actually, if you watch them now, in the more recent shows, they aren't awkward with each other at all.

And even in this show, the only one who seems awkward with the others is Kyuhyun. And he isn't just awkward with Zhoumi and Henry in this. He's awkward with the "original" members of the group also. At least, in this video he is. Now it's a different story.

And even more so, it probably isn't the members making them awkward. It's more like the language barrier. :D
