30 Seconds to mars are an AMAZING band. But i have to say there not on the same level as someone like Foo Fighters. Dont get me wrong im going to see 30 seconds to mars on the 7th of february. But 30 Secons To Mars hopes everyone sings a long with there songs and they hope people get up and go crazy with their songs. But Foo Fighters MAKE DAMN SURE you get up and go crazy to their songs.

Jared is siiick, music/singing is my weekly job, believe me when i tell you he's an amazingly proficient singer. Like he can hit the studio notes, maybe he doesn't do them all the time live, but if you got a full set to sing, you'd think twice about killing your voice right off the bat. The only person who i think is more pro than Leto, is Chester Bennington from Linkin Park. That guy is a machine.

This is actually one of the better performances he has done. He has taken a lot of criticism because he had previously for the most part the let crowd sing the high note parts. Mainly probably because he didn't want to mess up because that's a really really high note for anyone to hit. In this one here you can actually hear him singing the whole chorus. I like the way they changed it up a little in this version, it still sounds good and he's still giving the audience a chance to sing along.

I DO know that when a singer holds the mic out to the crowd (especially during the high notes) its usually because he doesnt want his voice to crack really loud into the mic!
