Amazing movie, but it's such a shame that the story of women suffragists isn't widely taught in schools. These brave women fought for their right to vote for over 70 years!
At first I was not sure if I would like this movie, but it turned out to be really good. My only reason watching this movie is to write a report on it, but I don't feel as though my response will be forced. Seeing how these woman lived, suffered, and triumphed has made me respect womans fight for eqaulity. That being said I do believe that in todays society woman have more than conquered the "equality" issue and in some respects get by a little easier than men. This is my opinon and I am a guy.
the real shame in this - is women today- who HAVE thier RIGHTS have NO problem voting to take rights away from others!
