I love his music and I admire anyone who will stand up for what they think. 99% of artists read the script and play it safe in order not to alienate anybody, they succumb to popular opinion to safeguard their popularity.. John speaks his mind and stands for what he believes in, his persona isnt laced with phony bullshit.
He's more of a democrat, and my views are Republican. It doesn't matter, though. He's one of the best, regardless of what his political affiliation is.
