i hope you don't hurt yourself, where is your protein? it sounds like you are going to be eating maybe 20grams, you want to lose weight not your muscle mass, so make sure you eat protein at every meals, or drink protein shakes, well i wish you the best. you should join me on my weight loss challenge, its week 2 but you can start at anytime, =)
Don't forget to drink that water! That will help keep you full and hydrated. I've got to get to exercising myself, just for maintenance!
