Frenchie knows how to turtle! Gotta use your head to help with the leverage. Your left foot kicks in and your right hand pushes counterclockwise to get some speed in. The switching off with your hands is the tricky part. That's what he said in a nutshell. Well done frenchie.

well, GRANDPA, you need to work on your "power" Just do 100 pushups when you wake up and 100 pushups when you go to bed. Do that for a few weeks and your power will increase and you will be able to do more crickets. If you wanna increase your "result time" then practice doing PLANCHES.......your power will triple in a few weeks. And as always when it comes to breakdancing....Practice, practice, practice, practice.

the big difference between scorpion and turtle is the elbows leave waist on scorpion(thats why it can be so fast, you can "swing farther and faster"

"Correct" turtles are when the elbows NEVER leave or stop touching waist. Hope this helps. BTW..........Practice, practice, practice, practice.....best advice for bboys/bgirls. :)

Yes you do. In my opinion, it's harder then jack hammmers cause you have to be strong in both hands. Get turtle first.

This move has many different names. Over her in San Jose, CA we call them firecrackers. Most on the internet call em darkhammers. Practice by hopping from hand to hand. When you hand is lifted place the lifted hand in front of you, next to your head while the other one goes under where the weight is shifted. This is the exercise you should do at first. Then go in circle.
