Very good video except for the ums- you could eliminate these easily by joining Toastmasters, a public speaking organzization. It is a very friendly group with chapters eveywhere that could really help you. Otherwise, eventually by practice you can eliminate them- the key is to review a video and count the number of ums or other "interrupter" words and then try taping the video again and try to do less of them. If you keep doing this you will eliminate the problem.
