The Ford GT is a fantastic ride and while yes comparing it to a Z06 is a performance matchup that is very exciting... if i were to put both around a track the GT would out handel the Z06... Accross the country it is WAY WAY WAY easier to drive in over long periods of time... How would i know? I have driven both... The Ford GT is just in another class of car compared to a Z06 and thats comming from a diehard vette fan... they canceled the production because it wasnt profitable...

The GT is mostly set apart from the vette for 2 things less practicality and more comfortable to drive over long periods of time... At the end of the day though the Ford GT just doesnt relly preform the extra 60 000 dollars... If you want to look at the new ZR1 its hardly a performance comparisin...
