I cannot imagine the pain they were going through during this, and can only imagine the thoughts running through their heads. Some women shouldn't be allowed to even have the chance to reproduce. Ms. Smith was never able to be content with what she had, and was so anxious to get married to whom she was certain was "Mr. Right", that she stupidly threw away the greatest thing she did have....her two beautiful children. I am a dad now, with two little boys about the same age as Michael & Alex were when they died. This story hurts me so much more now then it did 15 years ago.

i remember when the "BABY GRACE" story came out on the news. I was about 17 or so, my mother and I saw the news report, I felt sick to my stomach. My mother said " Why the fuck would they do that!? He was 7 months old about a week or so away from being 8 months old when his two older brother's were murdered. Oh and by the way the Dallas County DA Greg Davis the guy that handled Darlie's case before leaving his job was indicted in December 2010 for tampering with a governmental record.You take anything he says about Darlie to gospel.

Darlie is just trying to throw him under the bus now that she and Darin are no longer together and her time is running short. Darin was considered a suspect in the begining but was ruled out. I don't remember the details but I seem to recall Darin admitted to looking into staging a burglary and also failed a polygraph. I DO remember the evidence gave both me and my sister serious pause.

Actually, this was interesting, so I deleted my first comment. The footage was accurate, even though the theme is SAD. I'm ALL for the best interest of children. Not to take away from this ABUSE issue, but children need discipline - different from punishment.
"Summer's" story infurriated me the most! I'm against ALL forms of physical punishment, and glad I took parenting classes because discipline doesn't equal punishment. Teach your children well. There's NO NEED to EVER hit a child, EVER!

It's not too terrible execpt for when people put some of the god awful generic music available to accompany their videos. There surely must be others that feel as I do. It is very disturbing to know that innocent children are going through this for no reason. Susan Smith is a train wreck. Emotionally and mentally unstable, VERY self-centered, and poses a danger to others. She now claims her trial was unfair? How ridiculous! The jury heard everything about her troubled past and her supposed profound remorse for what she did to her children. For this reason, the jury unanimously decided against the death penalty. I agree a death sentence would not have been appropriate, however she needs to spend the rest of her life in prison. No parole--ever.

Ms. Smith was never able to be content with what she had, and was so anxious to get married to whom she was certain was "Mr. Right", that she stupidly threw away the greatest thing she did have....her two beautiful children. I am a dad now, with two little boys about the same age as Michael & Alex were when they died. This story hurts me so much more now then it did 15 years ago.
