Yep, we were playing pinch harmonics on the 7th fret of the 3rd string then quickly sliding down to play the palm muted bit on the 6th string.

Yeah, it's quite daunting when you first glance at the full tab but the only bit that really required practice was the post-solo breakdown at 3:26. I'm trying to learn 'White Walls' by Between The Buried and Me - You should check it out, it's ridiculous!
