Second. theres different playstyles, 1-finger, 1-hand, 2-handed arrows, 2 handed custom. From hardest to "easiest". Some songs, unlike this one who can be played on one hand, kinda requiers you to have a custom setup with 2 hands, 4 fingers.

He's using stepmania which is a downloadble version of dance dance revolution (or dancing stage in europe) and you can add any song to it and any notes some people use there keyboard to play it thats why you can see some extremely fast songs here on youtube and some hav managed to gat a dance mat to work on a comp as well
