Frank Mills Music Box Dancer HQ STEREO!

Back in the late 70's this song was on WFLA ALL the time and reminds me of living with my mom and her incredible support when I was applying to the airlines. In the 80's I bought Eric Robertson's vinyl for her "Music Box Dancer" on it and the cassette for me. We listened to it over and over. Mom has been gone now for almost 10 yrs and I miss her so dearly - thank you for this song that brings back such a wonderful times together with my mom!

Why is it that he is playing concert C fingering (see 1:50) and yet the pitch is C-sharp? Likewise, virtually all sheet music for this piece is in concert C and yet virtually all of Mills' recordings are C-sharp. Am I missing something?
