No you can't. Most laptops just do 1 or the other.

but i have cable: vga to tv (via component cable,green, red....) and i can´t connect my pc to the tv

How does the text look when u hook it up to the tv? i wanna know because my graphics card has s-video out and it make the text and everything hard to read cuz its so blurry or all flickery, i wanna know if the converter makes the quality look better since u have to hook a VGA cable to it. and since its a converter maybe it makes the screen look a little better? please tell me.

all you need is a VGA to Scart cable, or a graphics card with VIDEO OUT.
