  • Im going into the Army and this program is great. I workout everyday though, going to the gym 3-4 days a week and doing this workout at home whenever i do not get to the gym while doing some curling free weights with it. Great program!

  • Hey Celcius, nice stuff man. I have some observations for you regarding technique. Never straighten your knees, always keep them slightly bent, take it from an older athlete ;) .

  • Do it three times a week. Rest one day between the days that you workout.

  • hey, thanks for the possitive feed back. People do loose weight on calisthnic exercises. You go from one to another, so it's strength and cardio together.

    I personally know people who shaped up with something as simple as this.
