Im going into the Army and this program is great. I workout everyday though, going to the gym 3-4 days a week and doing this workout at home whenever i do not get to the gym while doing some curling free weights with it. Great program!
Hey Celcius, nice stuff man. I have some observations for you regarding technique. Never straighten your knees, always keep them slightly bent, take it from an older athlete ;) .

hey, thanks for the possitive feed back. People do loose weight on calisthnic exercises. You go from one to another, so it's strength and cardio together.
I personally know people who shaped up with something as simple as this.

You can't replace rows with push ups. Totally different muscle groups work.

Play soccer, as much as you want. See if you can get a Universal Strength Apparatus or similar device to do rows on it.

Do it three times a week. Rest one day between the days that you workout.
