I extracted the file and now there's a bunch of shitty files everywhere. I can't find a single video that shows how to open the thing as a whole to use the program. I've been messing with it and I can't figure it out.

Make sure you click "extract files..." not "extract here" so the files all go in one folder. Then after you extract them, there should be a file where you can double click and run the program, usually towards the bottom of the lists.
