@ArticFox1030 first of all the ah64 apache wasn't built to take on other helicopters, it was built to hover and wipe out russian tank columns, it was built to fly low to the deck hover( something a hind is to heavy to do for more than 6 mins). it was not built to shoot down hinds, apaches can carry a greater weapon capacity and carry deadiler weapons and have better protection and counter measures. their different birds, hinds dont handle stingers well, afganistan ring any bells?

The Mi-35 attack helicopters are cabaple for attacking, attacking only slightly, attacking severely, attacking from the left and right also from above and behind and in some cases slightly from below.
Caution. Do not try to mix drinks with your Mi-35 multipurpose attack helicopter. Refer to your user's manual.
MI24,35 are excellent attack ground support gunships. They are also capable to carry troops and be used as transport if there is a need to do so. The are extremely versetile and are deadly for any ground hostiles even air hostiles. While KA and Mi28 are purebred attack helicopers.
To some of the comments about the Black Hawks.The Black Hawks are good Helicopters as a Transport.The Hawks don't have enough power and is not very agile like the Hind.To make the Black Hawks like the Hind you would have to add this and add that.It doesn't make sense when you have the Apache and the Cobra Helicopters.The Mi series is design for more of a gunship then a transport but make a good transport.Now the Russian develop the MI-28 and the Ka-50 attack helicopter role.
IS this a replacement to the Mi-24 Hind? Looks sleeker,faster & with more firepower too.Still has the Hind design though & bet is more maneuverable for a gunship.

@ArticFox1030 first of all the ah64 apache wasn't built to take on other helicopters, it was built to hover and wipe out russian tank columns, it was built to fly low to the deck hover( something a hind is to heavy to do for more than 6 mins). it was not built to shoot down hinds, apaches can carry a greater weapon capacity and carry deadiler weapons and have better protection and counter measures. their different birds, hinds dont handle stingers well, afganistan ring any bells?

MI24,35 are excellent attack ground support gunships. They are also capable to carry troops and be used as transport if there is a need to do so. The are extremely versetile and are deadly for any ground hostiles even air hostiles. While KA and Mi28 are purebred attack helicopers.

To some of the comments about the Black Hawks.The Black Hawks are good Helicopters as a Transport.The Hawks don't have enough power and is not very agile like the Hind.To make the Black Hawks like the Hind you would have to add this and add that.It doesn't make sense when you have the Apache and the Cobra Helicopters.The Mi series is design for more of a gunship then a transport but make a good transport.Now the Russian develop the MI-28 and the Ka-50 attack helicopter role.
