Dan and Jordan never cheated. Moving up to first class, cutting in line, etc. are all perfectly legal in the Race. The cutting in line didn't even make a difference since they all got on the same plane. Personally I'm happy that they won; I liked the cowboys too though.

D&J had a strategy to not worry about being first until the end, just to not be last. They knew they could out run most teams, so they made sure to stay close with at least one, that way they knew they weren't last no matter what. The Cowboys played harder, so their gameplay was more noticeable, but not smarter or better.
