Arc's storyline:What you see in the anime

Ciel's storyline:Shiki switches sides between Ciel and Arcueid until the real identity (or should I say identities) of Roa comes forth.

Akiha's storyline: Pretty much the same until but she transfers to your school as you never met Arcueid or Nero. Then it hits the fan REALLY hard.

Hisui's storyline:Think Akiha's except that Roa wasn't the reason why things hit the fan.

Kohaku's storyline:Think Hisui's, but with twice the drama.

Tsukihime is a visual novel that's being fantranslated right now but the anime should be in the US. But since it's part of the popular underground stuff, Youtube doesn't remove the Jpn episodes.

Yeah it's on youtube only the the first 12 episodes though, it's really good, but cut's some corners in the animation department. It's called Tsukihime. Which translates to Moon Princess(aluding towards Vampires of course)

If Ciel was denied by Shiki to kill Arcueid after her deed was done. (At least to what the post-immortal nun says) Arcueid would play "genki girl" and accidnetly makes their rivalry about Shiki instead...well,mostly. Most doujin are based off this and partially Melty Blood is too, but through a alternate version of a path that lets vampire Satsuki to live.

Not really sure, you know when you Hold down D and press A on Arcade mode you will fight G-Akiha?

If you Hold D and press A on Settings you will get to set another Sets of Settings which could prove to be pretty useful when trying to defeat G-Akiha easily/Quickly, I think my friend change it till a point where you could be like that~

This video's version of Melty Blood ReAct is version 2.008, but since then has been updated and changed to its Final Tuned version 2.501b. A good porion of the combos in the video are more than likely not doable now, as the frames for button input have been considerably shortened in the air and it's much easier to recover from or block those combos beforehand to make infinites virtually impossible to pull off and restore balance somewhat.
