I got a real problem with my legs since they so dang skinny compared to my top and especially around my calf area they look like twigs really thin i can wrap my whole hand and finger around them i was really wondering for some good home workouts cos I go gym every other day and work them to power as well as my top half but some days i miss gym and tend to watch ur vids for home workouts but i dont have the equipment u do watz a good leg workout without that equipment?
@BrandonCarterTV I got the one day shipping for Ripcords so I got them yesterday. Im gonna see about the pull up bar and thanks for the reply I will follow your workout routines and make them really intense so I can lose fat and gain muscle! Ripcords got me nicely yesterday! Thanks for your reply!
Geez, how the hell do u keep so low body fat all the time?! For example I reach 6 packs and for 1-2 months I'm back to 4 packs... I do the same amount of workouts, even more intense, but my body starts craving calories and I can't disobey it :< Do you have some kinda secret? Or are you using any supplements?
@Onlineshrekjr I'm sure Brandon will give you good advice on this but TBH, at 16 you should be playing sports or riding your bike. Your body is still developing and you're not a man yet so workouts make no sense at your age level.
