I have studied psychology to a high level, and it is a known fact (from multiple research investigations) that the satanic abuse claims that were rife in the 1980's and into the early '90's have all been discredited. It is a classic example of mass hysteria. Other examples of mass hysteria are the mass public outpouring of grief following Princess Dainas death, or President Kenedy, Humans are social animals by nature and thus emulate behaviour of peers.
