the issue of weather or not noise classifies as a music genre should be looked at on an individual case. for instance, Nic Endo is hands down my favorite noise artist, but that being said there are only 3 artists doing noise i even like, 4 if i include myself.... why i lik her stuff is that there is a lot of layering, and within the layers it just visually stimulates me...
