@willku9000 it's just a beam on the ceiling like what you would have in a basement. the sides have edges that stick out from the rest of it and you can grab hold to them, i used to hang on them all the time when i was a kid. you can see the sides hes grabbing hold to at the end when he's just hanging there

for those who are asking how he does it, those are "I" shaped beams. he is up there by resting his heel/calves on the bits sticking out the beam and gripping it with his hands

The ceiling yellow-tan blocks have a small thick surface coming out of the blocks, so you can grab it. Don't you see in the last seconds that when he's going down, his hands go towards the blocks so he can grab the smaller outter part of the block?
