  • Hello Lildtakeover ! Thank you for contacting me. Yes, these are good exercises.. but I have something else to suggest. If your tightness is in the gluteus muscles the best way to repair that tissue is to have a good massage therapist gently but deeply knead the muscle.. especially by the attachments of the sacrum. Be sure they work deep along the coccyx.

    If you can find someone to do this.. you'll have a new lease on table tennis. I'm a massage therapist of 25 yrs. works everytime !

    i have a low back injury in my low right hip.. i play table tennis so i do a lot of rotation which has now inflicted a lot of pain my my right hip.. i have had the injury for a few years. The last month i have seen a chiropractor and he has been pressing the area, like trigger points. Now it has got a lot better but still is slighly there. If i strengthen my back with these yoga work out will it be good for it?? The area of pain is my glut medius muscle. Please write back
