hey everyone. I'm pretty new to Degreassi. I just started watching 2 weeks ago and now im just about finishing up with season 3. I really enjoy this show and cant stop watching :D.....im looking forward to see what happens along the series. So far my fav characters are Ashly, Tobby, JT, Emma, Sean, Jimmy, Marco, Spinner, Paige, and a whole lot of other ppl. This show is awesome and one of the best i've ever seen.

Old Degrassi was awesome, i remember my cousins were addicted to it. A lot of cook people leave by 8, Paige Craig Ellie Marco and some other ppl. in my opinion this is probably the last great season of Degrassi. The movie was ok but it sorta focused on the big 4 ( Paige Craig Ellie & Macro) as if they were in season 8 (which they weren't. I was also wondering: How long was Peter's Mom Principal

I tried to put it in order of how important I thought they were in season 6, but looking back I don't think it's the right order (Paige should way be higher, Ellie should be way lower, and Toby should be in there) but whatever. I also thought the slow motion wave went good for the last part of theme song.

@Akay7 I think since they did it in an earlier season opening that they stuck to it because it was like a tradition for the theme song. I don't think they were doing it based on character importance. And it made a famous name for it, a lot of people call it "Marco's jacket" and I think it's pretty cool.
