I think people really need to learn the difference between trolling (which for the most part is generally seen a harmless) and harassament, which is not. The example given in your video, whilst it may be referred to as trolling is more likely, due to the circumstances in which it was carried out, to fall into the second category. The is because the only actual outcome from the incident in question would have been the emotional trauma suffered by the dead teenagers family.
