chargers have been consistently good for about 8 years now, and have been favored to go to the superbowl many of those years. they havent gone to one superbowl. they are usually ESPN's sweethearts every september, and based on their high talent level, i can understand why. Chaz has done NOTHING for the raiders since he was drafted.
