  • good song¡¡¡¡¡

  • Hes got the hottest wife ever!

  • They're touching him , like he was the Super Bowl Trophy !

  • @guddaysunshine jesus walked on water

  • The song is great, but the video is stupid though.

  • summer of 84. that's when everythin started with the girls and the cars in the radio.....is there a time machine around??

  • It was a unfuckin real 69 396 SS Chevelle, dark dark purple blue, that turned dark blood red with every street light it passed under. She was absolutely beautiful, and made the car look that much more amazing. She stopped to look at my Cuda, and we had one incredible, warm, southern California summer night. This was the song on the radio. I absolutely agree Ric, it was magic....

  • Videos are awesome

  • does anybody know a song that sounds just like this but has a more upbeat rhythm to it?

  • he looks like michael bay heh

  • I'd forgotten how fun this video is. Oh, the 1980s... how innocent we all were back then, in a way...

  • cool inChrist allways fat billpage illusionist magician:) ps use industeral clear platgalss or clear diamonds as one cool illusionist magician posted:) plus the cool thick red book i bought on encylo[ida of suspensions and levatatios shows clear plat glass idea flr floating anyone on a board plus pass a soild hoopp idea and other ideas usuing table with slit in it rise clear plat glass idea with clear rod

  • the 80s Chris angel !

  • LOL back when people were not so plastic and have perfect white teeth...oh how the corporations have effected people. Those were the days great song during a great time.

  • I had forgotten about this song so long ago....love it!! I was watching Adam Sandler's movie Click the other day and it was on there...glad that movies still remind us of great classics when music was still music!!

  • @bratsbord81 Sandler is a product of the 80's . 80's to me is the best . the music has a charm that cannot be found today. new music is like a knife to the ear

  • so that puts you at 39 years old . lol

  • The 80's were the best!!

  • @weimman100 , According to my driver's license, I was there. but, I don't remember.

  • These guys had some awesome songs

  • 90 people suck! This song rocks!

  • Another brilliant production by "Mutt Lange", he is a genius!

  • The 80s were the best!

  • I can't believe he is still married to his wife after all these years!

  • @Thx1138d Considering all the celebrity couples that are divorcing left and right these days, yeah it is surprising. But all I can say is...more power to them for making it work after all these years.

  • @Thx1138d Why?True love.

  • thumbs up if ur listining to this and ur 13 or younger

  • Robert Lange knows he's a dope ass producer. Everything he touches is magic.

  • I love this song, The cars was one of my first favorite bands.

  • @TheTrit0n How 'bout it! I remember Heartbeat City coming out... then a few weeks later Love at First Sting (Scorpions) was released. I instantly had another favorite band... Ha!

There was so just many great bands of the era of music!

  • It's from my "young" days. I'm still young :D

  • QUE FEO K ES EL CHABON D:

  • i remember this from click

  • Now this is soooo 80's! The Cars are awesome! This totally takes me back to summer days when this song was playing on the radio. I would hang out inside with my friends watching these awesome videos on Mtv. I just love the 80's sooo much! Mtv owned then. Now I wouldnt look at it but to spit on it. Oh well, let Mtv rest in peace and hold onto the memories of one of the best decades! I know I will. I have so many good memories. I had such fun and crazy times then! :-) I miss the 80's so much! :-(

  • The 80s was a decade with clever words to a song, danceable beats and a style that cant be described in words. Only in our minds can we go back to this great era of music and lifestyle..........keep the 80s alive!!

  • The 80's was the last time America was the real America, in 91 is when we when to war and for the last 20 years that all we heard on tv, war war war and some good American dead. Clinton having sex in the white, rap so called music, just nothing real anymore.......I loved the 80's,,,, I'm also working on a time Machine. come take a ride with me on my time Machine....lol

  • The reason the 80s music is so good is that back then they actually tried to write great music!

  • The 80s were magical.

  • 80' I miss you

  • I don't now why this music makes me happy and sad and the same time... 80's I miss you !

  • I was born in January 1974. I loved the radio in the 80's, because the "newest" music was whatever was released so far of the best music of all time! It was the "feel good" decade! Ronald Reagan, Back to the Future, big hair, Rubik's Cube, Atari, Nintendo. My school years happened to be all of the 80's so I spent most of the 80's in school. The girls' hair was wild in junior high, and high school! You know, big curly hair. There's this girl I had a crush on, and her hair was cute! Her name-Jodi.

  • Best song off the album

  • i grow my hair out to bring the 80s back

  • ...and i think i will

  • damn i can just listen to this song over and over

  • i love the music of the 80's,is amazinggggggg

  • Holy cow this brings back memories....now I gotta watch the Ghostbuster's video

  • dont get me wrong, I love The Cars..most of their songs are cool...but this one sounds downright cheesy...especially when it kicks it with the title/chorus. Makes you wonder if copies of this song were distributed as cassette tape freebies back in the 80s inside McDonalds Happy Meals.

  • @mireaux7 - Really? I like it - Hey - something cool is the Deluxe Edition of their first album The Cars... it has a second disk of "Demo" versions of the main album. Really cool to hear how they sounded before the ability to do the big record deal production. I like some of it better than what was on the released album. It also has four other Demo songs not on the final album.

  • Ric without sunglasses!!!

  • man i wish i was born in the 80s. but i dont have to be born in the 80s to love this music x)

  • @SuperBrightside If you were born in the 80's you'd be a baby? I think you would have wished to be born in 1966.

  • Darel, ty for bringing me here

  • Way to dance at 3:20 haha

  • Ric Ocasek is Howard Stern with a haircut

  • These guys are amazing!!! Such a bummer Benjamin Orr had to pass away though =[ Rest In Peace

  • i was only 3 years old when this song was out. man, they were awesome and still are. what the hell is wrong with rock music? there's no balls to it anymore. everyone sounds the same and do the stupid ballads.

  • onn the for reals im 26 yrs old and i know i was just a little kid when this video came out but those 2 chiks at the end in purppie dressesare fine ass hell .

  • I LUV THIS SONG

  • I was a teen in the 80's as well, so that would make me a 70's kid wouldn't it? Duh...lol. Anyway, even though I am a Hip-hop head 100% music from past generations was way better! Lyrically and music composition wise!!!

  • wow, i love the Cars but I never realized growing up how much this video sucks, you can tell they didn't want to spend any money on it. Still, one of my favorite songs of all time, and yes I realize they had great videos BEFORE this came out.

  • Part of the soundtrack of my youth, through to adulthood, cruising the streets in my car !!! Ahhh, the eighties, wish I could go back, Back To The Future, magic times, magical bands, magnificent music !!!!!

  • I thought this video was lame for the song.....They should have filmed at the beach or driving along the California coast Hwy 1. I think this content is strange and doesn't reflect the lyrics. " I love The Cars" (miss you Ben)
