as much as i agree kobe's stats arent anywhere near that of michaels, he has already played more years than jordan. jordan had a retirement in the middle of his career that i think allowed him to get some rest. kobe bryant's stats have suffered because he has been playing non stop in the nba for like 15 years with a handful of injuries.

@damroll u have a point but u ever noticed when one part of ones game is lackiung u work on somn else like when people are blind the tend to have sharpened their other sense due to the fact that the cant depend on sight. i think bird used what could work for him which was his jumper cuz he had no legs if he did he may not have been such a prolific shooter because he might have been working on off the dribble moves :) .Also notice many players develop their jump shot when they get older

@stupidfreshboi15 NEVER say that shit again. you say that shit like mj couldn't do it if he wanted... he could have easily scored 81, but he played to win, not to break fucking records... all kobe did that game was try to score as many points as possible against the worst team in the eastern conference at the time... was it impressive at the time? yes. i thought he was the truth. but now i realize, any superstar in the nba could do that if they wanted to on a good shooting night vs a bad team..

@stupidfreshboi15 kobe is the only fucking player ive ever seen play 48 fucking minutes with 1 purpose- to try to break scoring records. you people say lebron is selfish and yet, i've never seen him go out there and try that hard on every possesion to score the basketball. in that game against the raptors kobe bryant literally tried to score every possesion. what im saying here is no player has done it because no player is as selfish as kobe bryant! that why his team got swept in the playoffs.

@redassasain18 if u would have paid close attention to that game, his team was loosing most of the night even with all of his scoring. The second best player on that team was Lamar Odom and the third best was Smush Parker.Kobe was the only person on that team that could consistently score every game. His team kept feeding him the ball. if he's hot, of course he's gonna keep shooting it. This has nothing to do with Lebron. Why even bring him up??

not the same shot, michael spins counterclockwise and kobe clockwise. which results in a different kind of spin on the ball. plus, jordan protects the ball by making contact with the defender with is back and kobe does the opposite, he evades more contact and spins away from the defender to get the shot off. these shots are just way different except from the fact that the both spin with their back to the basket.

Kobe's game most reflects Jordan's. Asthetically, Kobe's much nicer to watch than lebron - I hate how he tucks the ball under his arm and takes 3 steps for a layup in traffic.
