  • Wtf? First most spiders in australia are harmless. Just will cause a sting, pain, nausea and headaches! And if u take antivenom, it will just sting for a half hour and leave a mark for 2-3 weeks! And most spiders arent aggressive in australia, idk why this one is... ARE U DUMB?!?!??

    And to the guy.....

Why did u mess with the spider and what did u expect it was going to do? If a raper came up to you, would u grab him and beat him to death or would u just stand there?

    Thumbs if u agree

  • Charzard use heat blast

  • Damn, i shouldn't have came to Australia without watching this video..

  • spider win !

  • i wanted to go to australia but now that i´ve seen this i think i won´t!

    greets from germany :)

  • didn't know they were so aggressive! (they're often described as "harmless - yeah, right -- just cuz you don't die, that makes 'em sweethearts, lol)

  • fuuuuuck charmander use flamethrower!!!

  • Just let it crawl on you. Jesus Christ, it's not like it's venom can actually kill you.

  • 0:42 the cameraman was ready to run for his life

  • @TaraMawer LOL

  • hit it with the broom and kill that thing!!

  • it's just like....

"Ooh hey don't mind me. Just chilling here on the wall.... Wait, what are you doing? Urrh, that broom is filthy! *slaps once to get some dust off* woah you've really used it! *slaps again* yeah that'll do. Anyway, I'm off now! Seeya! *scurries out.*

  • Don't push it back in the vent! It'll just have babies throughout your house!

  • It's slapping a broom with it's leg, SO WHAT?!

  • LMAO @ the Psycho music!

  • Nom nom nom nom

  • They hurt when they bite you... i see em every day.

  • ya know that girl wouldn't be a problem if you don't fuck with her.

  • Damn that bugger can move.

How do you get rid of them?!

  • i get em in my bedroom all the the time dude. look up my channel ozzydoop & youll see my video on a recent one.

  • i get in my bedroom all the the time dude.look up my channel & youll see a video on one.

  • Seems to me the broom attacked first! Try feeding it a small child,it may befriend you.

  • It was probably defending a bunch of eggs in that little grate there you know. Ohhh man.

  • ive seen them jump from the ceiling and attack...you have been warned

  • Dear god, clowns and spiders. Why.

  • i would love to visit Australia - however, so long as mother f***ers like that are crawling around i aint ever gonna make it - sorry

  • lol the music fits!

  • IS EVERYTHING IN AUSTRAILIA OUT TO KILL YOU?

  • @rikahs19 yah mostly every thing ther will kill you

  • Nice sound track

  • just let it crawl on your gosh darn hand! its not gonna hurt you!!!!

  • omg just smack it already!

  • Hahaha those guys are shitting themselves!

  • Australia=The land closest to hell with all their deadly animals and shit!

  • lol the soundtrack increases the suspense- but only slightly.

  • I didn't know they were making a sequel to arachanaphobia

  • dude huntsman spiders are HARMLESS....i promise

  • @kevinlee41300

Depends on your defintion of harmless, they arent venomous but that have some huge (well for a spider) fangs on them especially at that size, still hurts abit of you get bitten.

  • @kevinlee41300 im with you.they are harmless.once i found out they were(which was about 2 years ago),i wanted one as a pet and scare the crap out of my friends.

  • I hate it when spiders fall on the ground while u were trying to catch them and when u cant find then anymore!

  • Why are you poking the huntsman with a squeegee? Pick her up and put her outside, poor thing!

  • @kindemily777... or you can take a shoe and squash it :)

  • @kindemily777 fair enough try and get it in a cup but fook that i would not be picking that thing up lol yes i know im a pussy

  • damnnn. music make my heart pumping Fast.

  • As if you would have fuckin vents livin in Australia! Spiders come through em all the time, and seen as Australia have some beasts i think vents should be banned lol

  • they aren't even venomous ar ethey?

  • starts crying and checking everything in room

  • Here in Aus the brave will pick it up and chuck it outside... The wimps? They grab a cup, shove the spider in and chuck it outside... By all your comments, tourists would shit themselves and scream Daddy. We win =]

  • @Tsyclone I was in sydney for 3 months and I agree, i live in ireland and the biggest spider is about a quarter of that size...i would have shit myself if i saw that! i admit im a wimp lol

  • @Tsyclone lol almost as bad as in Brazil. I was in Perth and saw some interesting critters, but when I brought my big aussie badass friends back home, they didn't do so well ;) lol. Wandering spider > Funnel Spider hahaha

    WE win<3

  • in italy we have tegenaria agrestis and tegenaria gigantea, they're really big but they're less poisonous than a honey bee, just like this.

the only species we should worry about are atrax robustus (sidney funnelweb spider), loxosceles reclusa (bruon recluse spider), latrodectus tredecimuguttatus (malmignatta in italy), latrodectus mactans (black widow) and a few others.

paradoxally a 1 inch spider is more dangerous than a theraposa blondi (one of the biggest spider in the world).

  • Holy Shit I would Piss myself.. I HATE SPIDERS!!

  • You guys are confusing "harmless" with "not fatal". Almost all spiders can still bite you, and it can be both scary and painful.

  • poor huntsman ;/

  • wow, ur scared of a harmless spider, and u made a documentary of ur cowardliness...nice.

just cause australia have the biggest spiders doesnt mean they can kill u!

  • @trixielikespie

And I believe you are a person who happens to have diarrhea of the mouth. Perhaps you should think twice before speaking.

  • HOLY HELL

  • lol the music made it for me man!!! LOL

  • WOW, we, thankfully, don't get those huge things like that in Central and northern USA. Just too much snow

  • I'd shit myself.

  • I'll admit they are scary looking spiders (the size and all) but they are actually harmless, for the most part they don't attack us and will go on your hand easily enough to be quickly and safely removed. I held 1 quite some time ago, took me quite a while to get the courage up (Even knowing they are harmless)

  • harmless or not, after watching that video I had the heebie-jeebies, lol! Plus, I don't wanna mess with anything that will bite me, poisonous or not :P

  • Lol fair enough I'll give you that one haha.

  • if they bite you, it can be quite painful... I just found one in my living room, and I am going to leave it there for the entire night and hopefully he/she will find the way home without my help, tomorrow morning...

  • Kill the Motherf*%^#r

  • too small. do not want.

  • why must australia have the biggest spiders and the most venomous snakes? :(

  • @Blizzardaddictmeow I'm glad they have O_O I would freak out if i saw THAT spider in my house...

  • @Blizzardaddictmeow because we dont want them here in england lol. i hate the spiders we get here so i dont know how i could cope if i lived in australia.

  • @Blizzardaddictmeow Because of the heat.

  • @Blizzardaddictmeow because its secretly a conspiracy!!thank goodness we have only encountered a beautiful carpet python in our yard and a few HUGE spiders.nothing to fear with poison in ur hand right??

  • @Blizzardaddictmeow just stand on the spider.... lol or drop something on it. gg :)

snakes.. psh xD shovel to its neck, or just get a brave dog.. mine attacks snakes lol

  • @Blizzardaddictmeow I'm pretty sure South America has you beat with the big spiders/

  • well if u didnt touch it with a broom first u could of just put ur hand out and taken it off the wall >_> there harmless

  • lol Wow, not often you see one attack. Wonder if there are eggs somewhere there and she is trying to protect it.

  • They are provoking it, that is why she attacked.

  • @rob1210 Usually a provoked one will scurry away fast, uinless she has reason tos tay and fight back... ie: eggs.... nest

  • Ahh, Ok I get what you mean, I just misread your original comment, Guess egg / nest is possible though if it was me personally I'd be pretty pissed off at being poked by a broom and would want to have at it as well lol

  • @rob1210 lol Yes I would be upset if someone was poking me with a broom, lol

  • Well I think it was Huntsman 2 Broom 1 lol

  • @rob1210 LOL I think you may be right lol

  • Why do people seem to forget that huntsmans aren't even dangerous? They have no venom and yes they can give a painful bite, just like any spider, but overall if you don't poke around with them they're harmless.

  • thats not a huntsman that is a .................................KILLERMOTHERFUCKERUUSS dont mess with it ! or you will never put your hand down your girfriends nickers again! cause if you get a bite on your hand it will become septic and fall off.

  • in sydney u guys get funnelwebs which are dangerous

  • Suck them up with a vacuum cleaner, than spray a little in side the tube.

  • :O is that broom ok it looked like it got hurt

  • Love the music! Made my hair stand up though - ugggg.

  • hahaha cameraman ran like a puss

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • HAHA the music and everything goes this makes me crack up every time awsome vid!!

  • wack that thing

  • augh!!!!

  • I thought huntsman spiders were passive. D:

  • Females, in particular with eggs is apparently more aggressive when provoked ôõ

  • lol i loved the way u tried to push it into the vent lol that made me laugh

  • The music is funny but man I have the heebie jeebies!!

  • put a shoe to that fucking thing!!!!

  • sota, they are too big for a glass so i tend to use a tupperware container to catch it, slide the lid over then trow it outside. You need nerves of steel though, they are fast buggers

  • What ya mates do there in Australia if one of those come to your house?

You try to lure it to outside somehow or what?

  • @Sotasukka im in sydney and i had one in my living room 2 days ago....so i just use a tonne of insect spray until it dropped and died! EWW! i hate them so much!

  • @TheNeonAngel

Australia is ok country but all those bugs etc.. make it like yew.....i cant stand bugs expecially spiders etc

  • drowning the spider with insect spray? time to buy a more powerful spray instead...

  • @whytyt Noooo! It wasnt bad spray! I just NEVER wanna take any chance that the damn thing might live! lol

  • thats so horrible! im sooo scared of spiders i think they are bad enough in the uk! could never live over there!

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA The bg music owns XD

  • he wont do you anything you lil fucker why dont you let him outside or something omg

  • Re-animator theme, where did you get it mate???

  • it cant hurt you tho so thats great lol

  • Actualy, the huntsmen spider, while terifying, is acually quite harmless and non deadly to humans, it can give you a nasty bite, but most of the time, they are shy and more scared of you, they dine on roaches and nasty other little critters.

  • AND!On second observation,I would like to point out the danger and error in this attack! 1. The Broom. The handle is attached to...YOU! I foresee disaster with the beast crawling up the killing device to the intended killer's hands. 2.The Air Vent. As can be seen, the spider cleverly attempts to escape from the rear at one point, where it may sit and lie in wait indefinately to re-attack!! 3. Location - the monster is on the ceiling, it's an easy jump down to land on your face. Danger, danger!

  • if its harmless how come he has a mop and wont go within 6ft of it,FUCK THAT IM OUT OF HERE RUN,RUN FUCKING RUN ITS A HUNTSMAN SPIDER

  • It's not harmless, you will die from the heart attack it gives you when you see one! LOL love the music on this. And ditch the mop, you need a rifle.

  • LOLOLOL i totally agree with you here mate!! once i had a huntsman, it came out of nowhere, crowling on my dashboard while i was driving on a busy road peak hour traffic...! needless to say that i felt that heart attack feeling you described and that i had no idea where i was driving the car because i wasn't looking. all i had fixed in my eyes and mind was that freaky arachnoid and how to get rid of it

  • OHMYGOD!!!!!!!!! So what did you do? In Hawaii we had cane spiders (same church different pew) and they would get into cars. I had to cross the mountains every day for work, 3000 feet up and I swear if one would have crawled out inside my car I would have sailed off the mountain into space! I don't think I could ever get over it. Tell me more; what happened? You are a Survivor! LOL

  • well, in my panic, somehow i managed to pull over on an empty space (or so i thought), i got out of the car, took my shoe off and started chasing the invador. it came out on the window screen and that's where it took it's last breath (i know it sounds horrible)i hit hard. you know when you panic, you don't think , you just hit. and then i realised i had pulled over outside a workshop, and 5 big solid dudes were staring at me, thinking what the fuck was wrong with me... Quite embarassing!

  • Oh no,they would have done the same thing!I had a big solid Marine husband in Hawaii and when that thing crawled over his shoulder and nearly landed on my face,he was running screaming right behind me!!I made him go back and kill it and he ended up yelling and yodelling while he HAMMERED it to death!I give you credit,if that had happened to me I would have burnt the car to the ground and ran to the airport and never looked back at Australia.Which,I would love to see, lol, but you see why I can't.

  • see, it's amazing how little creatures like that are "big" or scary enough to freak us out!!

  • LOL well this is one BIG little creature! I am from Canada and the spiders here all have the decency to freeze and die every fall when it gets cold. I was terrified of THEM until I moved to Hawaii. Seriously though, if I had one of those beasts in my car, I would lose it, no question. And all those guys watching you beat it to death? LOL I bet they were keeping their distance and thanking God it wasn't them!!! :)

  • I completely agree with both of you. I actually had a friend at my martial art's dojo that wrecked his car because a tiny little spider crawled onto his leg while he was driving. and he wrecked into a ditch.

    I was just driving out of my development in Maryland (USA) and I had a jumping spider come out of nowhere onto my dashboard. Fortunately I was only going about 30 mph. So I slammed on the breaks and put on some thick winter gloves and pounded him into oblivion with my fist.... >.>;;

  • How big is a jumping spider? What do they look like? Before I lived in Hawaii I would have lost it if I had seen a jumping spider, and I am not saying I still wouldn't now, but I am able to handle these ones here (in Canada) much easier now. :) Great story!

  • Jumping spiders vary in size but i've never really seen one larger than a quarter. But they are aptly named. They will jump spontaneously, and they are fanatical. So they are possibly one of the most unpredictable spiders. Which is what I hate about them...

  • :) I don't think I have seen one then, because I would go into orbit! Maybe I can check them out on YT here...

Always nice to hear from another arachnophobe!

  • There is a video from the discovery channel of one taking down a bee.

But yeah, see it's the unpredictable spiders that scare me. I could pick up a daddy long leg no problem. They're very docile.....So I don't panick as a direct result of them flipping the f-- out and scurrying somewhere.

  • BLAGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! I checked out Wikipedia, that jumping spider is one nasty little creature! Do you know what the video on Discovery is called?

  • Daddy Long Legs aren't spiders though, just fyi.

  • what? your joking right? But a camel spider is in the spider family

  • Camel spider's aren't spiders but they are arachnids.

  • what the fuck is the difference?

  • camel spider's are psuedo scorpions, also called Sun Scorpions. Being a scorpion makes them arachnids, BUT not spiders.

  • its harmless its just a big furball of fuzzy creepynesss

  • Oh wow, I can sooo relate...

  • Love it. Mr. Huntsman won't back down. They are harmless, however, they just look really scary,

  • It's not attacking you...it's petrified cos some ass is coming at it with a huge broom! Technically it is you who is attacking him!

  • That's one spooky critter. I couldn't handle living with those on a daily basis.

  • did you manage to get it out?????? HOW??

  • God I envy you even though you're completely wrong for terrorizing it. They eat roaches.. if you don't want them in your house, give them to me.. jeeze.

  • cruel bugger they are so harmless no need to tease it.I have a funny huntsman spider video on here somewhere.

  • I've got a couple of these, I made an enclosure for 'em.

I feed them woodroaches and large crickets, which are also provided a great environment to live in too..

The little guy runs, but the big girl will let you pick her up gently, and is quite calm.

Allowing her to crawl on me seems to have an effect on people.

  • Shiver up my spine.

  • dude its not like she grabs the broom and throws it away... but she attacks it...

  • Spider attacks broom? Looked to me like she was running away from it.

  • Meh they are harmless, just scary.

  • no its a huntsman

  • what iz that a funnel web??

  • Ahh, I checked your profile and see that you are a mere 16 years old...that's the reason for the foul mouth. Why don't you check out my profile and make sure you read the part that says "Rude comments need not apply." Life is too short to deal with people like you.

  • That comment was meant for R4shM4n, by the way.

  • She was definitely a force to be reckoned with! Feisty little woman! Those things scare me to death, they're huge!

  • Bless you Aussies! There's no way I could live with those things. I'm one less American you have to worry about living down under!

  • good, we dont want you here anyway

  • no need to be nasty.

  • I was nasty??? If what I said was nasty I wonder what nice is in your world!

  • what's nice in my world is people not saying rude things like "good, we dont want you here anyway". It's not really not that hard to understand.

  • Well see, now I understand. I didn't know who you were talking to at that point in time. I thought he was rude also which is why I nipped it in the bud real quick. Sorry if I offended you, I just wasn't sure whom you were replying to.
