@hulanonk that is just a regular shoulder duck out that you see al lot of people do on the horizontal plane but i like to do them angle hooping as well, actually i think its a little easier that way

In all seriousness, this is by far the most awe inspiring performing arts I've ever seen with a hula hoop in my 23 years of living especially in 2 minutes timing. Holy cow........WOW...........I am actually speechless..........just WOW...........jaw-dropping especially that foot trick you did. Oh my gosh seriously you're like the 45th degree black belt Goddess status in Hula Hoop.

umm i think this one was about a 38, but its quite heavy as its a four piece collapsible with bungee running through it and steel connectors.
