the diffo between them is the gibson is hand made . the epiphone is ... not they both have same dirty fingers humbucker sounds the same its just got a epiphone insted of gibson writen on it.... your basically getting the gibson for cheap haha

333 clean sound is really horrible but the distortion is pretty nice...

333 is only for pop/punk

epiphones are made in japan or china, while gibsons are hand crafted in the usa. quality won't be that much different but the gibson is better but also out of most people's price range
