  • I guess it can be. but you really should make sure that you don't "bow"... e.g.: that you're back isn't arching... keep it straight ... you could do it in front of your bed and then just put it down on the bed... or just lower your arms... :)

    Sarah, wear some shoes with less cushion for stuff like that.. you don't need all the cushion that running shoes provide. Instead, grab some five fingers or converse shoes... or just go barefoot:) This will help with stability also by bringing your foot closer to the ground and also help build up the lower limb muscles that surround the ankle/foot/below the knee etc
