You know this help me because I have one friend she is not Muslim but intrusting in Islam. She ask me about books websites and stuff explain Islam.

i think he was just refering to the idea or pushing more towards, ... start early rather than waiting and applying the laws of Islam later in their lives... begin early.

the first 2 years of a child's life.. are when they learn 40% of the fundamentals of life.

he wasn't discouraging non-Muslims, but trying to encourage an early start for YOUNG Muslims :D
