It talks about not his addiction but the bright side of layne. it talks about how he maxed out his first credit car at a toy store and many other things that are just really cool. and all the art that he did aside from Alice In Chains. for example he made the album cover of mad season above album. my fav aic song.
Layne was a very talented soul that left us too soon. He will always been remembered for the music he gave us while he was on this earth. The guy bled talent. It is amazing that you can listen to this music and feel like you really knew the man. As reclusive and sick he was in his last days. He still pulled it all together to record two songs for Music Bank.When Layne died in 2002 we lost a true icon.

Drugs suck dude. for lots of reasons, but the one in my head now is because so many good musicians ae gone because of them and what's worse is we're left with so much crap now. I can't even listen to my radio now. i have a ipod and a car charger though so I'm good.
