I know another thing that is kinda like a dream machine! It's called lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is when you are able to wake up in your dream while still sleeping. It's quite easy to learn just type it on google ( how to lucid dream) I heard that some people think that they are awake when there actually dreaming!
