@monkeylla Glad to hear that, they are both great products and i'm sure you will feel a difference as you continue to take them. 1 a day is not enough, I believe on the bottles they recommend 3 a day, so you could do 3 of envirozon in the morning, and 3 of recovazon at night. That's a better order too b/c whatever envirozon detoxifies will allow you to get rid of it during the day instead of sleep with it floating around.

@Uconn15Walker Honestly, I wouldn't really recommend too many of them... they are ok but in moderation. Make sure they are organic & free range and that's better.

@xcandy666cane "activated charcoal" is great internally and really helps detox the body as well as help cleanse the digestive and intestinal tract... Internally it is great. Externally it may help but not sure to be honest.

@schmugglinger10 once a day is fine, and make sure that the sea salt sort of sit's in the water a bit so that the water is "salt water" sorta if that make's sense... or just rub the salt in your hands then once it's smaller grain-wise then use that water to clean your face.

@penahect noni is good, I drink a similar juice that has a bunch of superfoods in it every once in a while too.... Not sure if it helps with topical scars when applied topically though to be honest. Haven't heard that, it may help a little bit but not sure!

why don't u use just a blender? U can get more mass in the juice, it can be spread over more sittings, you don't get the possibility for any juice to be left in the pulp, etc. I think juicers are a scam to the fruit n vegetable industry to keep u consuming a lot

I hear what you are saying but when you take the fiber out (which juicing basically does) it's just like a juice and your body doesn't need it. Also, you cut out a lot of scraps when you use the blender that you can still put through the juicer to get juice from so it's all good.

@taraw93 yes, it plays a role. Helps with the skin, central nervous system among other things. I would say vitamins C, E & A overall play a more important role in skin health though.

You may not even like it at first but as you begin to juice your taste buds adjust to it and you will begin to like it! This is good because you want to want to drink healthy juice like this!
