The saber is a vintage camera flash, a graflex 3 cell which is what lucus used as the prop for lukes saber in ANH and ESB

Ah, very nice mixture of my sound fonts!! I can tell that the speaker you are using may need to cover a bit larger dynamic range, but that may also be the sound recording of your camera...

During the next "building session" whe´re goint to replace the normal button and put it to another postion on the hilt (in the front).

I would suggest placing the aux button under the clamp bar rather than the bottom. A good "tactile" switch fits perfectly under it.

The benefits would be being easier to activate while in use and your lower half wouldn't be connected to wires.
