elite four and champion in fire red and leaf green are tough as hell with the first round being up to 50 something to 63s in lvl and the rematch all would be high 60s to 75 in lvl i think that is the hardest

gabby and ty are good for training after youve beat them everytime just keep rebattling them theyre pokemon are on lv 39 which isnt great but constantly battle them and you should get some exp.

@raystorm2011 you do know that you can get rayquaza right after he stops kyogre and groudon's battle at sootopolis by going to sky pillar with a mach bike. you can get raquaza beforre the 8th gym, and he is what i use to beat the gym since i have blaziken as my starter and no other good pokemon.

@MrJoey1208 why don't you use revives,max revives, or revival herbs? oh, and if you get desparate, teach dig to one of your pokemon (it doesn't matter if they fainted) and hit start > pokemon >the one that knows dig. you will see dig once you press a, and it will be blue like a HM. so select dig and press a. voila, ur out of the cave. now just go to a pokemon center. and heal. the trainers in victory road won't rechallenge you.

i swear to god this is true. i didnt know how to get from littleroot town to the first gym. i swear i remember. when i had a swampert level 46 right when i found the first gym. i had spent like a year training my mudkip level 5 to a swampert level 46 in the grass where the only pokemon were zigzacoons level 2 and such. i swaer this is true and i still cant believe it happened. i just wanted to share this really weird story about me. :)

On the last 2 trainers with the slakings i used Manectric and Gyarados. Took care of them pretty easily. Also Manectric knows bite which kills Gard in 1 move. Thunder knocks off 3/5's of slakings health and i just used Gyara's surf to finish it off.

i want to open a dissgustion about how to beat all generation pokemon games, i beat every game avidable at the market with 1 tactic:

train the starter pokemon for the harr game, catch a type advantige pokemon like nodoking or aggron near the beggining and u schould beat the game very very easly.

a better way to train is by getting to around lvl 45 and make sure you can get past the first elite and then just go as far as you can WITHOUT reviving/healing ull make like a $500 profit and train from a trrainers pokemon which is better than wild pokemon exp.

@skquirtle do not listen to my previous comment i made a BIG mistake!! i thot i was making money but when i went to go buy i only had like 17k left. so a good way to make the money back is to go to mauvile and go North and battle the TV interviewers. once u beat em go back to mauville and go east and cross the water and battle the TV interviewers again. then they will be east of fortree city then they will be back in north mauville. (they cycle where they are) awesome money
