@warriorofdawn Its about not to fall but to touch the ground. Its hard to explain in elnglish, but i am a gymnast from Denmark and we sometimes also jump very high and down at our knees and it doesn't hurt :)
I mean... really cool unique style, but holy shit take it easy on your body. no wonder you have sprained or broken fingers. and not only is it painful, but it looks painful and its not pretty to look at when you hit the floor like that. but honestly your artistry rocks, just work on easy landings and you're knees and hips will thank you 10 years from now...
