  • What is the name of the good drill?

  • Drill master a garbage, lost my $20 @ harbour frieght. no power no torque.its a complete rip off.

  • @57usha yes it is!!

  • The difference between the two is the RPM. And get a new bit, fuckin redneck

  • @tharrington11 rpm and torque. the drill master has much less torque than the craftsman. The craftsman has more torque in either gear. and a higher mah battery pack

  • i am 90% sure you changed it to reverse when the camera man said go

  • look s like he has a really dull drill bit hahahahahahahahahahah

  • calm down mate. its no wonder your tools dont work when you chuck them around every where

  • One important variable is the speed. Lower speed with higher torque can often do the job faster (even using the same drill and drill bit).

  • Why would you use a dull bit?

  • that drill has no power wat so ever its trash yo

  • @sscustoms100 already threw it out.

  • you take a good drill against a shit drill witch one do you things going to win haha.

  • man that drill master sucks is it from habor freight

  • So the 18volt HF isn't 18volt motor?

take it apart and compare them.

  • he put the drill in reverse when he was drilling the metal

  • so the other drill has more juice. you don't throw away a decent drill.

  • With a fairly cheap drill bit and my $30 cordless 14.4V drill (So in yank land, that's probably $15 at time of purchase), mine can go through aluminium 3mm thick in a few seconds.

  • why is it difrent???

  • my sorded dewalt takes a second to go through 1/8 aluminum witha shitty bit no pre drilling

  • He needs to put that drill into one of those drill presses and hang a certain weight on it to make it an equal test.

  • if it was aluminum it would've bent when he put all his weight on it.

  • @StupidLogic18 depending on its thickness. you have no idea how thick this is. aluminum flashing yes, but a thick piece may not if it is thick enough

  • so whats the point here? that expensive quality drills work better than cheap ones made in china with no brand name?

    what a revelation

  • then why does the craftsman drill drill through way faster. it is the same drill bit and same piece of metal. the only variable is the drill itself.

  • Ummm, I'll just stick with my 14.4V Dewalt hammer drill.

  • you put your body weight into it the second time.

  • i agree

  • The other drill would stop if he put more weight on it.

  • I have a drill master, hate it, but I drilled out two grade 8 bolts, both 1 3/4" long and it never weakened. Took forever, but it didn't weaken.

  • your drill bit is probably dull as fuck

  • dangerous, don't poke your eye out.

  • No way that is aluminum !

  • sure it is. why dont you think its aluminum.

  • love it

i agree wit you cheap drills suck

granted cfatsmans arent the best out there but not bad

  • acually ive got that same craftsman drill and its one of the better power tools i own(Ive got a Dewalt that is playing second string). just replace the 3/8 keyless chuck with a 1/2 key type jacobs chuck or large bit fall out like the video

  • I wish you where on TV. I love your stuff

  • thank you

  • haha, craftsman chucks suck too.

  • the chuck is terrible. otherwise is a good drill that has had the shit kicked out of it and it still works.

  • Milwaukee V28 hammer drill. None better. Craftsman cordless drills suck. I killed 2.

  • this was the first drill i bought, so i didnt know that much about them and they didnt have anything higher in voltage at the time, but i know there are much better ones out there now.

  • Invest in a good set of drill bits. It will make more of a difference than the drills will. No doubt a good drill is important, I would never buy one of those Harbor Freight drills, but I also wouldn't buy a Craftsman either. I just bought a Hitachi 18v Li-Ion and I love it, not as powerful as my old 24v Dewalt, but it is a great drill. Remember good SHARP drill bits.

  • i used cheap bits because these bits were slightly dull, it works the drill a little harder. i used the same bit in both drills. i felt by using a slightly dull bit would help prove the drill master is junk.

  • lol I like your style.

  • ryobi makes good products

  • That Craftsman drill is actually made by Ryobi
