I thought that FUBU stood for For Us By Us ? And if so, shouldn't Mr. John have given credit to the group of his brothers, that apparently went without and all slept in a car one with business smarts, another with sewing skills, etc. and that between the four of them they came up with the Company. Maybe it is just a urban legend but that is the way that I heard the FUBU company got started. But hey, they are an awesome story of the american entrepenuerial spirit.
